Tom Medici

Tom Medici was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Raised by architects, he develops an interest for objects in early ege. Studies Art Appraisal at UMSA in Buenos Aires, and worked as an antiques dealer. He approached photography by doing pictures of antiques up for sell in auctions and began to studying analog photography in 2007. Co-founder of two photography teams with focus in advertising until 2018 that turns full-time in to personal art and comercial still life photography. Currently based in Hamburg, working as a freelancer, member of the Fotofabrique Studio in Gaengeviertel, teacher at Design Factory International School. His personal work spins around the material, resignifcation of the objects and the surrealism.
